Keshia Theobald-van Gent leads Portfolio Success at BDev Ventures. She has previously served as the Sr. Director of US Programs at German Accelerator where she led the NYC and Silicon Valley teams to help high-potential German startups enter the US. And, as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at GSVlabs, where she connected the world's largest companies to the global startup community, accelerated new products, and generated real ROI through digital innovation. She holds an M.A. from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and has work experience in the US, LATAM, Asia, and Europe.
