Born in Shimane Prefecture in 1988. Graduated from Waseda University, School of Cultural Conceptualization. He has been exploring and systematizing various approaches to dealing with the human inner world, such as mental models, NVC, and mindfulness, collectively called "Inner Technology" while accompanying individuals and organizations in their transformation.
