After working in management consulting at Japan Management Association Consulting, focusing on themes such as product planning, cost reduction, and team building, I co-founded KOMPEITO Inc. in 2012, and gained attention for office welfare service ""OFFICE DE YASAI"" launched in 2014. In 2014, We launched ""OFFICE DE YASAI,"" an employee benefit service for offices, which garnered much attention. At the company, We not only raised funds from VC firms but also collaborated with large companies, and will continue to serve as CEO until 2019.
After leaving the company in 2021, I joined Fracta Inc., a total branding agency, where I was responsible for new business development within the company and will also serve as a director from September 2022. In addition to this, I had also operated an internal venture system for a large company, provided mentoring support for originators, and assisted in the market launch - 1 to 10 phase.
In March 2024, I established Incubate Harbor Inc. with these experiences.
