Born 1974 in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, mum of four. After working in software sales, as a teacher at a major cooking school and as a writer, she moved to the US with her family in 2014. Managed a share house for entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and welcomed more than 6,000 guests from all over the world in seven years. Based on her own experiences, she developed a plant-based cookie dough, colouridoh, based on the concept of 'FOOD x PLAYFUL' as a communication tool that can be enjoyed beyond nationality, gender and generation. 2020: established Coloridoh Inc. in the US. 2021: returned to Japan. First launch in Japan the following year. International patent pending; APT Women 7th.
